$80,000 - $130,000/yr. We feature an incredible pay plan-features a large hourly base for consistent pay checks plus a very generous incentive for efficient and high quality workmanship.

This unique pay plan has the advantages of both straight hourly and flat rate plans without any of the disadvantages
